HEDC Staff
The Hutto Economic Development Corporation has a staff of three full time professionals. Staff members are directly employed by the Hutto Economic Development Corporation. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board President of the Hutto Economic Development Corporation.

The current Hutto Economic Development Corporation staff members are:

Scott Martinez, CEcD ()
Executive Director
Scott Martinez joined the Hutto Economic Development Corporation as Executive Director in 2007. During Scott’s tenure, the Hutto Economic Development Corporation has been named one of only 25 economic development organizations nationally to earn the Accredited Economic Development Organization® designation from the International Economic Development Council; one of the “Top 100 Places in Major Markets to Locate Your Business” by Southern Business & Development; and the Fastest Growing City in Texas for two consecutive years by the Texas State Data Center.

Scott’s previous economic development service in Texas includes developing and implementing a comprehensive economic development program for Round Rock, Texas and serving as Associate Director of the Greater Conroe Economic Development Council for five years. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ole Miss as well as a Master of Science degree in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Scott has been designated a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council.

Scott currently serves on the Board of Trustees of St. David’s/Round Rock Medical Center and on the Board of Directors of the Texas Economic Development Council. He is a graduate of Hutto Citizens University and is active in the Hutto Lions Club.

Seanna Roysden ()
Marketing Director
Seanna Roysden joined the Hutto Economic Development Corporation in 2008. Roysden is an Honors graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Seanna has completed the Basic Economic Development Course at Georgia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston-Victoria. Seanna is a graduate of Hutto Citizens University and serves as President-Elect for the Board of Directors of the Hutto Education Foundation.

Erin Graves ()
Operations Manager
Erin Graves joined the Hutto Economic Development Corporation in 2009 after three years’ service as Marketing Events Coordinator for the Austin American-Statesman. In that capacity, she was responsible for planning and management of corporate events including the Capitol 10,000 and the Austin Auto Show. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas State University and is a commissioned Notary Public.
